Noire Co. began it's journey in 2020, created from a simple belief: beautiful people deserve beautiful hair that actually performs. What started as my personal search for quality quickly became a mission. I tried everything — Amazon finds, Alibaba vendors, random WhatsApp suppliers — and none of them delivered the standard I knew my girls deserved.

In 2025, my journey took me across the world to Asia. Living here transformed everything. I built a direct, personal relationship with the vendor who is now the backbone of our brand. Together, we created a sourcing and shipping system that is fast, reliable, and rooted in true raw-hair craftsmanship. No shortcuts. No mixed fibers. No surprises.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once the hair leaves our facility. If you receive the wrong item or believe something is defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will assist you immediately.

Our raw hair is ethically sourced from Vietnam, collected from trusted partners we work with directly.

All quality control is done personally by our founder in Thailand, ensuring every bundle, frontal, and clip-in meets our luxury standard before it reaches you.

Vietnamese raw hair lasts years with proper care.

Here’s how to maintain longevity:

• Use a Tangle Teezer brush — it reduces shedding and preserves the cuticle

• Wash with sulfate-free shampoo

• Deep condition every 1–2 weeks

• Detangle gently from ends to root

• Use a heat protectant when styling

• Avoid heavy oils — a light serum is enough

• Clip-ins: store flat or hang them to avoid bending

With proper maintenance, your raw bundles can last 2–4 years.

HD is thin and delicate and Transparent lace is more durable but dosen't melt as well, although both must be treated with care.

Important tips:

• Be very gentle when melting HD lace — pressing too hard will cause glue to seep through, making it stick to the lace and damaging the look

• Avoid scratching or poking the lace

• Be mindful of tearing — HD lace can develop holes fast if handled roughly

• Clean lace using warm water and mild shampoo

• Pat dry; never rub

• Remove adhesive with a proper lace glue remover

• Store your wig on a mannequin head to protect the shape

Proper care keeps your lace looking flawless and prevents premature damage.

No, we do not offer next-day shipping.

However, we do offer next-day processing, and all orders ship out quickly with full tracking.

Yes. Our raw Vietnamese hair can be colored or lifted by a professional colorist.

How many bundles do I need?

• 16–20”: 3 bundles

• 22–26”: 3-4 bundles

• 28–30”: 4-5 bundles

Add the one extra bundle if you prefer maximum fullness.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing begins. Although, we can make accommodations regarding change of address if support ticket is sent before shipment.

Bone Straight:

Our Bone Straight bundles are treated with a special straight-preserving property that keeps the hair silky, smooth, and naturally sleek with minimal heat styling. It holds a flawless straight look with very little maintenance and doesn’t require frequent flat ironing.

Natural Wave:

Our Natural Wave texture is more versatile, blending beautifully with both straight and wavy hair types. It can be pressed bone straight, curled into soft beach waves, or styled into layers for movement. This texture gives you flexibility if you like switching between straight and textured looks.
